Iako metafizika rije?i ostaje relativno nedovoljno prou?avano podru?je, jedna od tema o kojoj se više raspravlja bilo je pitanje kako objasniti prividnu istovjetnost rije?i. Jednostavnije re?eno, odnosi na to što dvije rije?i-instance (ili primjerci) ?ini instancama iste U ovom radu tvrdim da sva postoje?a rješenja problema nisu uspješna jer problem istovjetnosti smatraju problemom odnosa jednog predmeta prema drugom. Predlažem alternativno rješenje koje umjesto toga usredoto?eno intrinzi?nu prirodu svojstava koja posjeduju Rezultat temeljitija verzija nominalizma nego trenutno postoji u literaturi.
